AKRONMotorcycle fatalityAKRON: Akron police are investigating a motorcycle accident Saturday that left Kevin Brumbalough, 39, of Akron, dead.Police said Brumbalough was westbound on East Market Street in Akron when he lost control of his motorcycle near a curve at Cole Avenue. He was ejected and landed on the property of Goodyear headquarters.He was pronounced dead at the scene.New zoo hoursAKRON: The Akron Zoo will begin its winter season with a change in hours and admission. The zoo will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Nov. 1 to April 30. During this time, admission will be reduced to $6 per person. Visitors will be permitted to feed the penguins from Dec. 1 though Feb. 29, when temperatures are 55 degrees or below. Police said the burglaries occurred at six locations. The area targeted was the Marquette and Virginia Avenue neighborhood. Property was seized and tagged into evidence.Serdinak faces six felony counts of burglary, two felony counts of safecracking, six felony counts of theft and two misdemeanor counts of criminal damaging.
